We love to travel and that usually involves our Airstream travel trailer, hence the name of our site – RivetedInn.  This will be an understandable play on words for those familiar with the Airstream.

We are admittedly a little intimidated as we start this blogging thing.  We hope you enjoy sharing our adventures and the occasional misadventure or what we like to call travel ‘incidents’.  With some time, some of our best memories and a good laugh come from some of our ‘incidents’.

Our travels often involve family.  While we are nearing empty nest status, we enjoy traveling to and with family.  Mack, Hattie and Sam, our three (yes three) King Charles Cavaliers, usually travel with us and often contribute to our misadventures.  You will no doubt see plenty of pics of family and our little friends.
